Justin has extensive experience helping start-ups through formation and the trademark application process including TTAB, UDRP and WIPO when needed. His business law experience includes assisting companies with financing, corporate governance, business purchases and sales, breach of contract, and employment law. His real-estate experience includes construction contracts, commercial-lease review, and litigation. In short, he is your dedicated outside intellectual property and business counsel.
