Mr. Adamo’s practice primarily focuses on civil litigation and appellate practice that involves disputes such as breach of contract, real and personal property issues, fraud, defamation, consumer related issues, commercial transactions (including ROC disputes and mechanics liens), government forfeitures of property, probate, multi-jurisdictional tax related issues, landlord/tenant, and post-judgment collections. Frankie also represents clients who have been denied Social Security disability benefits - Frankie assists such clients with the appeals process, preparing their cases for hearing, and advocates for them before an Administrative Law Judge (ALJ). Presently, Frankie is focusing on Social Security appeals in federal district court and the Ninth Circuit. Mr. Adamo, also prepares income taxes for small group of clients.In 2004, Mr. Adamo attended Florida A&M University College of Law in Orlando where he graduated cum laude in 2007. At law school, Mr. Adamo assumed leadership roles such as Director of the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program for which he received several awards including Volunteer of the Year. As director of the program, Mr. Adamo managed and supervised all aspects of the it including training, volunteers, and operations. Mr. Adamo also volunteered as a tax preparer for the local Phoenix VITA program. After law school, Frankie began his legal career by helping individuals resolve issues with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) as well as helping people accused of committing minor crimes and criminal traffic offenses. In civil litigation matters, Mr. Adamo provides assistance to both plaintiffs and defendants. The issues consist of a wide range of varied disputes most of which involve a contract or property either real or personal. Mr. Adamo strives to provide clients with the best and lowest cost representation possible. Thus, Mr. Adamo begins every representation by advocating and exploring into settlement options. Mr. Adamo believes trial is a last resort. Mr. Adamo has successfully adjudicated or settled nearly 100% of his cases. Mr. Adamo has owned and managed several multi-unit rental properties since 1993 in Florida and Arizona. Frankie offers his landlord/tenant and real estate clients the special benefit of having experienced first-hand many of their issues such as tenant eviction, contractors, insurance issues, property tax, government, tax preparation, planning, property management, foreclosures, real estate acquisition, and much more. Frankie is admitted to the state bars of Arizona and Florida and is a retired member of the DC bar in Washington, DC. Mr. Adamo is also admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the District of Arizona, the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the Untied States Tax Court. Frankie was a member and chairman of the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee for the Arizona State Bar where he reviewed rule modification requests and analyzed potential unauthorized practice activities. The committee drafted recommendations and/or opinions, which they submitted to the Supreme Court of Arizona for review and decision. Mr. Adamo was part of a subcommittee that was tasked with analyzing a rule change to the in-house counsel section of the Supreme Court Rules of Court. Mr. Adamo is an advocate of service to the community. Frankie volunteered extensively by providing free legal and tax assistance through programs such as the Volunteer Lawyers Program sponsored by Community Legal Service of Arizona. He also provided volunteer services to Community Legal Services of Mid-Florida, the Modest Means Program, Will for Heroes, and the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance Program sponsored by the City of Phoenix. Before becoming an attorney, Frankie worked in the technology field as computer programmer/analyst and software trainer. As a programmer/analyst, Mr. Adamo has extensive business application experience in the areas of banking, credit card, manufacturing, government, and billing. Further, Mr. Adamo has copious knowledge of computer software and network operations. In addition, Mr. Adamo is highly skilled in computer architecture and design. As a software trainer, Frankie utilized his excellent communication skills and charming personality to transfer the complexities of software operation to a simple and understandable form.
